We accept returns on unworn and unused items in their original condition. Return requests must be made within 14 days after the delivery date of your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your apparel or gear must be in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted for a return.
3. Shipping Costs
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or if the return is due to an error on our part. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item.
4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
6. Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you simply need to exchange your hoodie or hat for a different size or color, please contact us directly to arrange the exchange process.
